The Role

The Senior Planner offer planning advice, manage associated external consultants and be responsible for the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals and local plan representations.

The role will require an active involvement in several projects and the successful Senior Planner will be a positive, proactive individual with the drive to meet client expectations and promote the business by demonstrating the use of experience of marketing and networking skills.

 

The Requirements

The Senior Planner will have a strong understanding of local and national planning policy, with a good grounding in development management led work. You will hold a full UK driving licence and will ideally be MRTPI. The Senior Planner will preferably have experience in both the public and private sectors.
