Following your application for a position, we will review your CV and whether there are any improvements which could be made to promote your skillset in the best possible light.
In order to provide the best service possible, we strive to understand and learn as much as we can about the market to benefit you. We can let you know which firms are recruiting, who may be on the lookout soon and provide advice on salary trends for your experience.
With your consent, we will approach Directors and other decision makers at the firms of your choosing. We will speak to them about your skillset, current situation and how you would fit into the firm. We will then ascertain feedback from the client for you once an application has been submitted.
Once an interview has been arranged we will give you a call to offer our advice and guidance on what to expect at the interview.
Following the interview, we will speak with the client promptly to gather their feedback, whether positive or not. All feedback is constructive so if you do not get the outcome desired we can use this to help you maximise your success rates at future interviews.
Throughout the process we will let you know what the client can offer and make them aware of what you are looking for, whether this be a particular salary, benefit or otherwise.
